On October 6, 2023, members of the Order of Vit\u00e9z \u2013 from Budapest to Debrecen, from Szeged to Sz\u00e9kelyf\u00f6ld \u2013 and their friends met at T\u00f6r\u00f6kszentmikl\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local historian Zolt\u00e1n Galsi presented the recently inaugurated statue of J\u00e1nos Alm\u00e1sy II, and then in the hall of the building, the marble plaque of nearly a thousand of the heroic dead of T\u00f6r\u00f6kszentmikl\u00f3s who fell in World War I. At the marble plaques, wreaths were laid by Vit\u00e9z Ferenc Heged\u0171s Staff Captain and Vit\u00e9z Lehel Sz\u00e9kely Lieutenant on behalf of the Order of Vit\u00e9z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We marched from the City Hall to the National Defense Memorial in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, for the event organized in memory of the 13 Martyrs of Arad. At the monument erected over the mass graves of the national defenders who fell in the 1848\/49 revolution in the T\u00f6r\u00f6kszentmikl\u00f3s area, Vit\u00e9z Attila B\u00e1n\u00f3 Historicus Staff Captain gave an uplifting celebratory speech. In the framework of the wreath-laying ceremony, on behalf of the Order of Chivalry, Vit\u00e9z Ferenc Heged\u0171s Staff Captain, Vit\u00e9z Lehel Sz\u00e9kely Lieutenant and Vit\u00e9z Zolt\u00e1n Blask\u00f3 Lieutenant laid a wreath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the commemoration, we visited the Alm\u00e1sy Castle in Szenttam\u00e1s, then the Alm\u00e1sy Castle in K\u00e9tp\u00f3, where we ended the day with dinner combined with a conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gratitude to all the members of the Order and their attendants who honored the event organized by the J\u00e1sz-Nagykun-Szolnok and B\u00e9k\u00e9s County Lieutenancy of the Order of Vit\u00e9z with their participation.
